Our program structure and services will aid the fight against poverty, by providing mentorship for at-risk teens, we teach teens the life skills necessary to be responsible adults, leaders, and business professionals.  Fatherhood responsibilities and interpersonal skills will be addressed and community involvement in a leadership role will be implemented to educate each program participant.

Through mentoring our program will create open communication with students to build trust, with the proper individual assessments and interviews we will evaluate each student’s needs necessary to support and (or) create their individual goal and career plan. By providing services in tutoring, athletic training, and life skill lessons these student-athletes will be better prepared and qualified for college academics and athletic competition.
